Just like last year, the conclusion of tonight’s “AmBetter Health 400” at Atlanta Motor Speedway was another photo finish, but this time, it was under caution instead of the finish line.
A big accident on the backstretch, on the final circuit, forced NASCAR to hit that yellow button in the control booth. At the moment of caution, it was the No. 20 Dewalt Tools Toyota of Christopher Bell that was just barely out ahead of Carson Hocevar and Kyle Larson. Bell, who qualified 32nd for Sunday evening’s race, was in the back of the pack almost all night until it was “show me the money” time. For Bell, this victory is his first superspeedway win and the tenth overall of his Cup Series career.

In the NASCAR Xfinity Series, Richard Childress Racing opend 2025 with two consecutive wins with Jesse Love winning at Daytona last weekend, and Austin Hill getting it done on Saturday for his third trophy in succession in the ATL.
It was the eighth career victory for Hill on drafting tracks, his fifth at Atlanta, and his 11th overall in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.
Justin Allgaier took the runner-up spot with Aric Almirola, Sammy Smith, Nick Sanchez, Jeb Burton, Daniel Dye, Leland Honeyman, William Sawalich, and Harrison Burton completing the top ten.
Two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Busch won the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race on Saturday by holding off Stewart Friesen by a nose for his eighth career triumph at Atlanta. It was also Busch’s 67th overall truck victory, thus extending his record of all time wins leader in the Craftsman Truck Series.
Friesen was so close to hoisting that trophy but came up a little short in second place, followed by Tyler Ankrum, Bayley Currey, Chandler Smith, Kaden Honeycutt, Ben Rhodes, Ty Majeski, Jake Garcia, and Grant Enfinger.
