JOEY LOGANO CAPTURES FIRST WIN ON 2025!

 

Joey Logano took the lead away from Michael McDowell and then held off the field on the final restart to win in the Lone Star State for his first trophy of the year and his second at Texas Motor Speedway! 🏁

 

This is also his 37th career victory in the Cup Series.

 

Ross Chastain, with his best result of the season, finishing second with Logano’s Team Penske teammate Ryan Blaney crossing the finish line third.

Kyle Larson took Connor Zilisch’s No. 88 to victory lane at Texas Motor Speedway after pulling away with the lead on the final overtime restart! 🏁

 

Zilisch had to sit out Saturday’s race due to a lower back injury from his Talladega crash.

 

This is Larson’s 17th career Xfinity Series win and his second this year.

 

Taylor Gray was the runner-up, followed by Riley Herbst, Austin Hill, Sam Mayer, Harrison Burton, Jesse Love, Ryan Sieg, Brandon Jones, and Jeb Burton.

The Craftsman Truck Series race Friday night went to Corey Heim, who survived a crash filled night at Texas Motor Speedway for the victory! 🏁

 

It’s the 14th career win for Heim and his third of 2025.

 

Daniel Hemric finished second with Rajah Caruth, Tyler Ankrum, Tanner Gray, Ben Rhodes, Matt Crafton, Bailey Currey, Sutton, and Ty Majeski completing the top ten.

THIRD VICTORY IN A ROW FOR OSCAR PIASTRI!

 

Oscar Piastri took the lead from pole-sitter Max Verstappen on the 15th lap of Sunday’s Miami Grand Prix, and the championship leader never faltered! Piastri, for the third event in a row, will take the victory! 🏁

 

Lando Norris, who won the Sprint race on Saturday, was runner-up with George Russell for Mercedes standing on the last podium block.

 

Verstappen went from the pole to placing fourth at the end of the day.

 

For Piastri, it’s his sixth career win, one win ahead of Norris.

 

Piastri has become the first McLaren driver since Mika Hakkinen in 28 years to win three straight races for the organization.

 

Piastri leads the standings over Norris by 16 points.

From the pole to the victory, by some 16 seconds, Alex Palou captures yet another win in 2025. The champ gets it done at Barber Motorsports Park! 🏁

 

Christian Lundgaard, with his third podium of the year, placed second.

 

Scott McLaughlin will take the last step on the podium for his third podium in succession at Barber.

 

In four races this season, Palou has won three of them. In last year’s championship winning year, Palou only won twice. Could this title fight already locked up?
