NASCAR CUP SERIES: DENNY HAMLIN SURVIVES THE RAIN AND RESTARTS TO WIN AT DOVER!
After a 50-minute rain delay with 15 laps to go, Denny Hamlin survived multiple restarts to hold off his JGR teammate Chase Briscoe to tame The Monster Mile for the second straight year! 🏁
It’s his fourth victory of the year and the 58th of his career.
Briscoe, who had newer Goodyear tires on his No. 19 Toyota, just couldn’t work his way around the No. 11 on the last restart.
With Ty Gibbs finishing fifth and Ty Dillon 20th, it will be Ty and Ty racing for the $1M dollars at Indianapolis Motor Speedway in the mid season bracket challenge.

In the Xfinity Series, Connor Zilisch won a stage and led 77 laps on his way to victory. Zilisch was leading by 1.5 seconds over Aric Almirola when the rain started to fall with only 68 laps remaining. That would end up ending the race. 🌧🏁
This is the fifth career win for Zilisch, his fourth of the season, and his second in a row after last weekend’s win in Sonoma.
Zilisch also becomes the youngest driver to reach five victories surpassing Kyle Busch.
Almirola took second with Brandon Jones, Justin Allgaier, Jesse Love, Ryan Sieg, Taylor Gray, Sheldon Creed, William Sawalich, and Christian Eckes rounding out the top ten.

INDYCAR: TWO WEEKENDS OF WINS FOR PATO O’WARD!
With the safety car being deployed with two laps to go, that sealed the deal for Pato O’ward as he conquered the streets of Toronto for his second consecutive weekend with a victory in the IndyCar Series! 🏆🇨🇦
This is O’ward’s second win of the season and the ninth of his career.
With two laps remaining, Felix Rosenqvist and Nolan Siegel collided and brought out the yellow flag. Both drivers were okay.
Rinus Veekay finished P2 for Dale Coyne Racing. A massive boost for one of the smaller teams on the grid.
Kyffin Simpson completed the podium for Chip Ganassi Racing.
Alex Palou continues to lead the points by 99 over O’ward.
